The Acting Minister of Higher Education Has Met with Ambassador of Uzbekistan, and Discussed the Improving of Academic Relations of both countries. 

In this meeting, the Acting Minister of Higher Education, Shiekh ul Hadith Mawlavi Nida Mohammad Nadem said that Uzbekistan is one of the countries, which always gives a hand sincerely to Afghanistan in various fields particularly in higher education.  
He added that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan as an independent country, handles all its internal and external affairs according to the principles of Islam. 
Furthermore, the acting minister thanked the ambassador for the construction of seminary (MADRASA), which is being built in Balkh province by the mentioned country, and emphasized on the continuation of such cooperation. 
Later, the ambassador of Uzbekistan, Yadgar Shadmanov gave details about his plan, including higher education to the acting minister and some ideas were exchanged from both sides.

It is worth mentioning that the ambassador of Uzbekistan offered invitation to the acting minister to visit the academic and cultural centers of Uzbekistan.
