Two-day national conference at Kunduz University titled (Roles of Universities in Afghanistan's self-determination) has started.

The mentioned conference has started in the presence of the Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education, which lasts 2 days.

98 articles were sent to the conference by the lecturers, in which 70 articles got confined, and 30 more will be presented. 

The Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs, Dr. Latfuallah Khairkhwa considered the conference productive. And he said the views, knowledge and experience of the teachers become the focal point in such conferences.

He added that due to the lack of consideration, our educational system affected badly by the former regimes.

(Compare to other conferences, the importance of this conference is more because its implementing areas are just these universities,) the deputy minister said.

The chancellor of Kunduz University welcomed all the guests and said Islamic Emirate has a unique consideration for researches.

He asked the teachers that you have to find out the problems of the society and find solution for them. 

Besides, the assistant of the governor of Kunduz province and the assistant of the students affairs of Kunduz University talked about the roles of the conference and they shared the problems with the leadership of ministry.

It should not be left untold that the conferences were also conducted about different topics in Nagarhar, Shaikh Zayed, Paktia, Kabul Education, and Badakhshan universities.
